Client-days / guide-days — clients or guides present at an access on each recorded day — 2 clients over 3 days count as 6 client-days.
An access with no crossings stays visible as “no activity recorded” — it never disappears from the report.
How to verify it: Record one known week — guide A takes 2 clients to Access X on 3 days, guide B takes 1 client on 1 day — and Access X must show 4 crossings, 7 client-days, 4 guide-days, and 4 active days.
