Run the scenario

Start a new guide record and enter the person's details.

The form shows identity, contact, role, rates, and active-state fields.

Choose guide, assistant, or both as eligible roles, then save.
Expected evidence
The person appears in the Guides list as not yet invited, with no assignment created.
Scenario completed
A trusted person profile exists without an invitation or assignment.

If it does not match
- If the record cannot be saved, complete the required identity and contact fields.
