If it does not match

  • If the request is missing from the queue, confirm that the guide submitted it for the same lodge and trip.
  • If the physical package cannot match the request, do not check it out; resolve availability with operations before the handoff.
  • If mobile still shows Requested, confirm that checkout completed after the physical handoff and refresh the CIS detail.
