Use Mock mode to rehearse the weekly meal flow without real passenger, dietary, medical, or production data.
Before you start
- Act as
- Mari or another authorized meal reviewer, plus a lodge manager
- Mode
- Mock, with an EEL or BTBC sample week
Run the scenario
- 1OperationsTrailhead · Operations · Weekly meals
Select Mock mode, a lodge, and its operational week; inspect the three meal categories.
Expected evidence
The client baseline, calculation time, source context, and warnings are visible from Thursday through Wednesday.
- 2OperationsTrailhead · Weekly meals · Current brief
Add a safe sample adjustment and confirm the unblocked brief, then open Planning.
Expected evidence
The adjustment remains separate from the baseline and the read-only planning document shows the same confirmed totals.
- 3OperationsTrailhead · Weekly meals · Planning
Preview the seven-day handoff and run Update spreadsheet in simulation mode.
Expected evidence
Trailhead reports delivery success or a clear provider error without creating a live brief.
- 4ManagerTrailhead · Weekly meals · Confirmed version
Open and acknowledge the confirmed brief.
Expected evidence
The lodge manager can read and acknowledge the version but cannot edit its counts.
Scenario completed
A reviewed brief is available in Trailhead and synchronized to the configured lodge spreadsheet
- Weekly meal brief
- Draft or needs review→Confirmed and available for distribution
- Weekly meal delivery
- Saved in Trailhead→Synchronized to the verified lodge sheet
If it does not match
- If any source value is unknown or conflicting, confirmation remains blocked; never replace it with zero.
- Trailhead remains authoritative. A spreadsheet failure must not change saved meal totals or present a false success.
- The Assistant may summarize and deep-link to the brief, but it cannot invent or change counts.
