- follow execution, changes, and accepted exceptions;
- record conditions, catches, notes, and media; and
- review Fishing Reports so the company can trust the outcome.
What comes in and what goes out
CIS supplies the trip demand. Guides supplies availability and readiness. Field Knowledge supplies curated context for choosing well, and Accesses & Landowners supplies the rules and effects of using a crossing.
Fishing returns Programs the guides can perform, evidence for CIS and Operations, and outcomes that improve Field Knowledge. It uses those contexts, but does not own access agreements, financial settlement, the guide's profile, or the trip envelope.
