Run the scenario

    Open the checked-out gear summary and start Return gear.

    Expected evidence

    The return sheet lists the items and quantities expected back for this CIS.

  2. 2GuideTrailhead Mobile · Gear return

    Compare the list with the physical gear and confirm the complete return.

    Expected evidence

    The CIS gear summary changes from Checked out to Returned.

  3. 3InventorySettleWise · Inventory

    Review the returned products after the physical return is recorded.

    Expected evidence

    The returned quantities are available at the lodge instead of remaining in trip custody.

  4. 4OperationsTrailhead · Guides · Gear

    Review the same trip after the return completes.

    Expected evidence

    Daily client gear no longer appears as an open return blocker for the trip.

If it does not match

  • If Return gear is unavailable, confirm that the CIS has items in Checked out status rather than only Requested.
  • If any item is missing or damaged, stop the clean return and use the Daily Client Gear Issue journey instead.
  • If availability does not return, confirm that the physical return completed for every expected quantity in the same organization.
