The starting journey

  1. Register or sign in β€” Open the current invitation, use the invited email, verify the account when required, and let Trailhead connect the invitation to the field profile.
  2. Confirm access and navigation β€” Check the displayed role, active lodge, available tabs, and location state before acting.
  3. Complete onboarding β€” Provide the required identity, contact, photo, DNI, and tax information; review professional documents; then submit the profile.
  4. Follow review β€” Watch the Profile status until Operations verifies the record or requests changes.
  5. Maintain the profile β€” Keep personal details, credentials, licenses, vehicle information, and document validity current.
  6. Confirm Seasonal Kit readiness β€” Review the season package assigned by Operations and request replacement of checked-out items when needed.

Readiness has more than one owner

The guide supplies accurate information and reports issues. Operations approves access, reviews onboarding and documents, prepares inventory, and resolves replacement requests.

Finishing onboarding does not create an assignment, approve a Program, or check out gear. It establishes the identity and access foundation those later workflows use.
