A Program already exists, but its guide must change for one CIS day before execution without letting the CIS and Program disagree.

CIS and Program show the replacement
Management replaces the primary guide from the existing Program. Trailhead validates the replacement, requires a reason, and updates the CIS day, Program, allocation, and linked transfer together while preserving the assistant and history.
The assigned guide cannot perform one Program day and execution has not started.
Replace Guide is available only while the Program is still editable and execution has not started.
The primary guide changes through this dedicated action, not through generic Program editing or mobile.
The assistant remains unchanged because this action applies only to the primary guide for that day.
An ineligible, unavailable, duplicated, or conflicting guide cannot replace the current guide.
This is the key moment: the CIS day, Program, allocation, and linked transfer change together or none of them change.
Trailhead records the replacement and rebuilds pending reminder delivery. Any delivery failure remains visible for retry; it does not roll back the synchronized assignment.
Authorizes the day-level change and records its reason in Management.
Receives the replacement assignment and sees the current work.
Validates the replacement and keeps every linked day record synchronized.
Replace Guide on the affected Program, eligible choices, and required reason
Why: Change one day safely from the authorized surface.
The replacement Program assignment and current reminder-delivery state
Why: Follow the work currently assigned without stale staffing.
Only Management can replace the primary guide for one unstarted Program day, and the CIS and Program must change together.
