Build the lodge itinerary

Add each lodge stay in order and record the handoffs that move the group between them.

A trip can move through more than one lodge or operating base. Build the stays in chronological order so Operations, assigned people, and clients can follow one coherent itinerary.

Build the itinerary

  1. Add each stay within the booking window and identify its lodge context.
  2. Set the stay dates in chronological order.
  3. Capture pickup and dropoff points, timing, transfer type, and responsible people where those details matter.
  4. Review the sequence as one itinerary, not a collection of disconnected notes.

Keep the dates coherent

Every stay must fit inside the CIS booking window. Resolve gaps, overlaps, or an unclear handoff before relying on the itinerary operationally.

PeopleWhat they need
OperationsA chronological itinerary and clear handoff context.
GuidesThe travel and pickup context relevant to their assignment.
ClientsA guest-safe view of where they stay and how the trip moves.

Next: add the passengers.
