Find and add a returning client
Search accepted client history, confirm the correct person, and prefill only stable details.
The Passenger step starts with existing-client search. Search by name, email, or passport number, or choose Create new client when no accepted relationship exists.
Operations can also mark Returning guest on the reusable client profile when that status is known independently of linked trip history. The profile flag is durable evidence: client lists, future CIS selection, client memory, and authorized Company-mode mobile guest details resolve it together with the current CIS flag and prior linked trips. CIS creation does not provide a second returning-status control.
Select the correct client carefully
- Enter at least two useful characters from the name, email, or passport.
- Compare the result's identity, latest trip dates, group, and lodge.
- Select the accepted prior client or eligible projected SettleWise customer.
- Confirm the Returning client badge and review the pre-filled stable identity and safety fields.
- Complete current-trip classification, FOC, room, licences, gear, activities, preferences, and notes independently.

| Searching accepted prior trips and eligible projected customers. | Selecting the correct person. |
| Pre-filling stable identity and safety fields. | Reviewing every trip-specific field. |
| Carrying confirmed returning status from the reusable profile. | Correcting the client profile when that status is wrong. |
Prior context never overwrites the current trip
Selecting a client links canonical identity, but it never copies trip-specific classification or service choices silently.
