Open or download a readable CIS without creating another editable trip record.
The CIS document view is a read-only projection of the current trip. Use it when an authorized person needs a stable, readable handoff or download without opening the editing workflow.
What the document preserves
- Human trip, lodge, passenger, guide, and itinerary labels.
- The current authorized CIS context at the time it is opened or exported.
- The boundary between readable trip information and internal identifiers.
Viewing or exporting never edits the CIS, changes its status, or creates a second source of trip truth. If the trip needs correction, return to the authorized CIS editor and update the source record there.
