Trailhead Playbook

Start with the operating scope, then follow its scenarios, responsibility changes, and real-product playbooks.

This Playbook begins when a commercial booking is handed to Trailhead as an operating trip. Upstream Sales and Booking workflows remain in the Nanki product boundary.

What works today

  • A CIS can be created and managed with clients, travel details, and handoffs.
  • CIS creates Programs from known trip context and shows linked reports, lifecycle health, and the exact work blocking closure.
  • Client activation, pre-trip information, trip timeline, and feedback are partly built.

What remains

  • Rerun the complete management flow in staging against the fixed Alpha 1 candidate.
  • Finish the client journey: activation, trip closure, post-trip recap, and useful context for returning clients.
