Plan arrival and departure

Record how the group enters and leaves the trip before planning movement between lodge stays.

Use the CIS travel section for the edges of the complete trip: how the group arrives and how it leaves. Movement between lodges belongs with the corresponding stays and handoffs.

Plan the booking edges

  1. Open the CIS travel details.
  2. Record arrival and departure dates, times, locations, and transport details when known.
  3. Identify terminals, transfer arrangements, group splits, and timing exceptions.
  4. Confirm that the travel dates fit the booking window.
  5. Keep between-lodge pickups and dropoffs with the relevant stay rather than duplicating them here.

Use the right travel level

Arrival and departure describe the complete trip. A pickup or dropoff that moves the group between stays belongs in the lodge itinerary.
