Fuel coupons

Review issued liters, redeem an available coupon, and understand the neutral usage comparison.

Open Profile, then Fuel coupons. The wallet shows coupons issued to the signed-in guide in the active organization, including available and redeemed liters, expiry when present, and the vehicle snapshot used for context.

Pending local hardening

Automatic issuance notifications and a wallet that merges authorized lodges are implemented locally but are not part of the current committed snapshot. Until that work lands, open the wallet directly and confirm the active organization and lodge context.

Redeem an available coupon

  1. Open an available coupon and confirm its visible code, lodge, liters, and vehicle.
  2. Enter the actual redeemed liters; the value cannot exceed the issued amount.
  3. Choose Fishing Programs, Lodge operations, or Other authorized. Other authorized use requires a note.
  4. Add the station, odometer, date, vehicle, and a useful note when available.
  5. Submit once and wait for the wallet to refresh.

Redemption is one-time. If the request times out, reopen the wallet before trying again: the original mutation may already have completed or may be waiting for reconciliation.

Read the usage comparison

Trailhead compares redeemed liters with Program travel estimates and declared non-Program use for the selected period. Within range, above, and below are advisory indicators. Missing route, vehicle, or redemption evidence produces Insufficient data.

An estimate is not proof of personal use

Terrain, detours, idling, tank state, and incomplete GPS evidence can change actual consumption. Review longer periods and source context before asking for an explanation.

Fuel coupons do not create Guide account movements, payroll entries, reimbursements, or payouts. Record a real personal fuel expense through the Guide account only when the expense policy applies.
