Start with the Brief
The Brief recommends a starting point and shows its confidence and recommendation drivers. Use those reasons to understand the suggestion; do not treat confidence as approval or as a replacement for access rules.
Inspect Reports
Reports exposes the field evidence behind current Signals. Search and filter by lodge or beat, then review the signal status, guide notes, catches, conditions, weather, repeat recommendation, and access context.
Recent evidence supports planning but does not approve the Program or override an access rule.
