Operations
Use the cross-lodge view to find the right owner, resolve blockers, and close the day with confidence.
This page is a starting point for operations teams. Operations brings the lodge-wide view together; the product pages below show where the information behind each signal belongs.
Start with the live picture
Use Operations to understand what is happening across the lodge, what is blocked, and what needs an owner. When you find a problem, go from the signal to the source record rather than trying to resolve it from a summary alone.
| If the question is about... | Go to... |
|---|---|
| A Program, field execution, or Fishing Report | Fishing |
| A guide's readiness, gear, expenses, advances, or account | Guides |
| A client commitment, trip context, or required work | CIS |
| The evidence behind a better field decision | Field Knowledge |
Close the day with evidence
Use Operational Closure when you need to understand whether a day is genuinely complete. It shows the shared checks behind closure and the source area for each one.
The Fishing, Guides, and CIS flow is useful when a blocker begins with a client trip and moves into field work or guide accountability.
Keep ownership visible
Operations coordinates attention and makes the state of the lodge clear. It does not take ownership away from Fishing, Guides, CIS, or Field Knowledge. Keeping that distinction visible makes escalations faster and helps every person start from the right place.
