Add a person to Guides

Ops records the person's name, contact details, eligible roles, daily rates, and initial active state. The new profile can remain Not invited until access is appropriate. Creating the profile establishes identity and eligibility; it does not assign client work.

Invite the existing person

1. Confirm the profile has the correct email.
2. Send the invitation from person detail.
3. The person opens the time-bound invitation and signs in.
4. Trailhead links that identity to the existing profile.

Invitation state and active state are different. An expired or consumed invite cannot be reused, and accepting an invitation must not create a duplicate guide.
