The guide completes identity, contact, address, profile photo, DNI, CUIL, and professional-document steps in Guide Mobile. OCR assists entry but does not verify the source. Submission updates the invited profile rather than creating a new identity.

Active is not the same as ready
Active means the person can appear in assignment selection. It does not prove every credential, license, gear, or account prerequisite is complete.
Inactive people remain in history but are excluded from new assignment choices. Readiness gaps remain visible even when the person already has an assignment.
