Mobile assignment visibility
Show guides and assistants the current CIS commitment without creating a second assignment source.
When Ops saves a CIS with a newly assigned person, Trailhead records the role and dates, identifies newly added people, and creates their assignment notifications. Unchanged team members do not receive duplicate alerts for unrelated CIS edits.
Mobile Home, Calendar, and assignment views are read models of the canonical CIS team. They show CIS code, group, team, timing, role, and available Program context. Assistants receive relevant context without guide-only submission prompts. With no assignment, the app shows an empty schedule rather than stale work.
Lodge switching never expands the person's authorized lodge scope.
